Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail and should be received within 2-4 days of orders placed. You can expedite your shipment via USPS Express mail which is delivered next day to most locations for a $25.00 charge. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will ship Monday excluding holidays.

Orders placed on Monday through Friday before 1pm EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays) and will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

please note: In some rare cases an item you choose to purchase may be out of stock or no longer available. You will receive an e-mail if this should happen. If you are charged you will receive a full refund in the form of the original payment.

Most items received by Romeo and Bella are in the manufacturer packaging.
All items that are received by Romeo and Bella in these packages will ship to the customer the same way.

International Shipping: Romeo and Bella.com does not ship outside the United States at this time.

Privacy Policy
Romeo and Bella, Inc. (also known as Romeo and Bella.com) respects the privacy of all users.

Romeo and Bella, Inc. will never sell or share your personal information to anyone. We collect your name, billing/shipping address, phone number and e-mail. We do not keep your credit card on file or in the shopping cart system. Your credit card is completely safe.

The checkout process is secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to insure your safety. SSL encrypts your information and sends it to a secure server, making impossible for your information to be decoded by a party outside the site.

Your e-mail will be used by Romeo and Bella, Inc. to send you order status information and will include your personal info such as: billed to, shipped to, items purchased and total. It will not include a credit card number. Your e-mail may also be used by Romeo and Bella, Inc. to send you information about Romeo and Bella.com such as new items, sales or special coupons.

Return Policy
Romeo and Bella wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered or washed and all original tags are attached with no sign of removal.

Lingerie, Undergarments, Bathing Suits, Apothecary and Sale Items are FINAL SALE and will NOT be accepted for return. You will receive a full refund in the form of the original payment, minus shipping charges if any. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and judge whether or not the item is in re-sellable condition. If the item is damaged or substituted for a fake/fraudulent item, it will be photographed and documented for our records and no refund will be issued.

You MUST call (570-)402-0212 or e-mail returns@romeoandbella.com to get an RA#. Returns will not be processed without an RA#. Items that are returned without an RA# will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsiblilty of the customer and it is recommended to have the package insured.

Returns MUST be sent back within 14 days of items received and postmarked within the 14 days.

If items are recieved after 14 days, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee or the item returned to the customer and charged for shipping.

On ALL accepted retuns, we process your refund as soon as the item arrives back to Romeo and Bella. Please allow 10-14 business days to see the refund in your account.
